COVID-19 and Our Supply Chain

During this COVID-19 crisis, things are changing day by day, sometimes hour by hour! Despite the challenges, we continue to supply our customers throughout North America and Europe, thus far without any major issues. We are closely monitoring product availability and our supply chain. We are working hard with our supply partners to ensure consistent supply. Our warehouses are all in full operation and are following strict hygiene practices. Our Import, logistics, and customer service teams are actively monitoring the shipping status of inbound and outbound product, and we are in constant communication with our carriers.
Fortunately all our employees and their families are healthy. We are operating under strict COVID-19 prevention guidelines, with almost all of our HQ staff working from home, and we are prepared to operate like this for an extended time. We understand that this is going to be an ever-changing situation but be assured we are doing whatever it takes to continue providing the high quality ingredients and service you are accustomed to - we’re doing our part to keep organic foods on the shelf.
